Description:
- Project of pre-stressed supporting steel structures of ice hockey hall in Chomutov.
- Delivery and erection of ground tie-rod for interception of horizontal load from main steel arch reaction.
- Delivery and erection of main steel arch situated in longitudinal axis, arch span circa 120 m, rise of arch circa 28 m.
- Delivery and erection of roof steel structures - tube trusses, girders and tube bracings situated in roof plane (level) -dimensions circa 70x70m, rise if roof circa 3,5 m.
- Delivery and erection of tube columns anchored on the top of both longitudinal concrete tribunes and front wall columns anchored on the top of cross concrete tribunes.
- Delivery and erection of round columns supporting concrete longitudinal tribunes - welded rectangular profiles.
- Delivery and erection of tie rods Macalloy used for stabilization of main steel arch, roof structure suspension, bracing of front wall columns and longitudinal columns supporting of tribunes.
- Pre-stressing of tie rods Macalloy, measuring of the load values in situ, measuring of the geometrical state during the erection works and pre-stressing works.
- Delivery and erection of secondary steel structures: structures for heat and smoke outlet technology, corner platforms, removable tribune and platform, steel structure of multimedia technology cube and system protection of falling from the arena roof.
- Repairs of anti-corrosion coating system, top coat layer site unification.
Project and workshop documentation of all steel structures and secondary structures, delivery and erection of designed steel structures and ground tie-rod, delivery and erection of tie-rods Macalloy, pre-stressing of all tie-rods Macalloy and ensuring of proper and predicted anti-corrosion coating system.
