Replacement of steel guy ropes of the mast Krašov

Description: Replacement of guy ropes of Krasov television mast was made by reasons of life time expiration of existing guy ropes, caused primarily by corrosion and fatigue. The mast with a total height of 340 m is guyed in five levels +315, +270, +216, +144 and +72 m. The existing ropes were replaced by new ones with an identical construction. The upper guyed level is formed by two ropes with a diameter of 35.5 mm, the fourth and a third guyed levels by ropes with a diameter of 60 mm and the two bottom levels by ropes with a diameter of 50 mm. The total length of guy ropes is 5700 m.
