ZKP at KS01 Velké Kapušany - erection of the gas cooler

Description:
- Erection of supporting steel structures and technological equipment of gas cooler.
- Supporting steel structure is made from main transversal tube frames. Structure height is approximately 5,5 m.
- 12 pcs of cooler tube bundles are situated onto the supporting steel structure.
- Under this boundless are steel digesters, made from steel plates - totally 12 pcs. There are motors and fans mounted here, which are pressing the air through the tube heat exchanger. Then the gas inside the bundle tubes is getting cooler.
- All the connection joints are provided with bolts.
- Anti corrosive protection is hot dip galvanizing of all steel parts.
- EXCON Slovakia, s.r.o has not provided any structure supplies and deliveries, even designing works.
