The EXCON Steel a.s. production plant, a subsidiary of EXCON a.s., ensures supplies of structures and manufacture of equipment for the chemical and petrochemical industry, special and heavy steel structures, as well as supplies of technological units for ecological projects. For these fields it provides comprehensive construction and manufacturing services according to the clients' needs and also provides assembly, insulation and brick lining work.
Alongside structural and manufacturing capabilities, EXCON Steel a.s. has its own material testing department, which is registered by the Czech Society of Materials Testing Rooms and Laboratories as number 006. The materials testing department carries out tests of metal metallurgical materials, semi-finished materials and products, supplementary welding materials and weld joints. In this field, we offer the following tests carried out according to valid international standards and technical regulations, based on internal analytical procedures: mechanical, metallographic, chemical tests and non-standard tests.
With decades of experience in the field of structures and manufacturing equipment, based on our own development and updates to all computing software packages and manufacturing technology, we have formed the basis for in-depth engineering know-how. This fact is reflected in the certificates obtained and the compliance achieved with the authorized standards.
