Original concrete footbridge across the river Berounka from the year 1994 in state of disrepair was replaced by steel cable stayed bridge using adapted original foundation. New 110m long all-welded triangular lattice structure from tubes 3,6m wide is divided by one tube 24 m high pylon, pined to upper chord of structure above the pillar, into two spans. The main span above the river from Radotin abutment to pillar, spanning 80,5 m, is supported from the top of the pylon by two twins of stays Ø 36 mm. The top of the pylon is supported by two stays Ø 48 mm and Ø 40 mm anchored to Zbraslav abutment. The ropes, terminated by socket with threaded bar and tendon with the turnbuckle and the socket with pin, were pre-stressed by hydraulic device, forces were measured by strain - gauges. Composite deck of width 4 m is supported by crosswise asymmetrically positioned zinc – coated grate.
