Description:
The project comprises a general supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment for flue gas extraction from the boiler houses and filters, including additional interconnection of flue gas ducts from the power plant’s units to common flue gas ducts.
Structural objects and process systems:
PS01: Flue gas ducts
- Removal and installation of the steel structure, technology, dampers and expansion joints
- Line B1-ABS 2 – flue gas duct
- Line B4-ABS 1 – flue gas duct
- Weight of the steel structure: approximately 155.0 tons
- Rubber expansion joints – 4 pieces (diameter DN5000)
- Shut-off and control dampers – 2 pieces, including AUMA actuators (damper diameter DN5000, weight approx. 4.0 tons)
- Controls and operating elements
- Insulation and cladding of the flue gas duct (approx. 2,500 m2)
PS02: Sealing air + control air
- Removal and installation of technology and distribution of sealing + control air for the flue gas dampers
- Sealing + control air for flue gas damper B1-ABS2
- Sealing + control air for flue gas damper B4-ABS1
- Sealing air fans including drives – 2 pcs
- Sealing air heaters – 2 pcs
- Compressed air station, air receivers for control air – 4 pcs
- Shut-off and control dampers DN300 – 2 pcs for sealing air piping, including AUMA actuators
- Controls and operating elements
PS03: Electrical systems
- Removal and installation of electrical wiring for control and lighting
- Heating of the sealing air
- Actuators for shut-off and control dampers
