Description:

• erection of  steel structure - three-dimensional truss supports of raw gas and clean gas duct
• erection of raw gas duct (welded steel structure)
• erection of the two absorbers  (welded steel structure)
• erection of emergency slurry tank and process  water tank (welded steel structure)
• erection of pump building (steel structure)
• installing absorber internals (spray levels, mist eliminator, oxidation air bank)
• installing gantry cranes, pumps and air pumps

The erection was divided in three stages with respect to shutdown plan of production blocks and progress of an installation of new boilers.

The erection of the steel structure and installation of the technological equipment was carried out as a part of the project of the flue gas desulphurization plant for the power plant Tušimice II. The scope of performance involved preparation work (erection organisation, welding procedure specifications, inspection and testing plans), erection work and relevant checks including measuring and setting records.
