Description:  Steel structure and cladding of new coal handling in Ledvice Power Plant. / PHASE I

Purpose of coal handling is ensuring of energetic coal transport from Ledvice Coal Treatment Plant for consumtion in existing boiler units 2, 3 and 4 and then in the new built-up boiler unit 660 MWe.

Coal handling bridges:

  • T1 A,B (reconstruction of steel structure, total renewal of surface coating, new cladding, total lenght of bridge 51,5 m)
  • T2 A,B (change-over of coal conveying system in operation of power plant: dismantling of existing bridge T2 and installation of new bridge T2, total lenght of bridge 46,0 m)
  • T3 A,B (total lenght of bridge 192,0 m)
  • Supports of pipe conveyor T6 A,B (16 supports in total, heights of supports from 1,2 m up to 35,0 m) incl. supporting bridge for gas-pipe line with total lenght 50,0 m
  • T9 A,B (total lenght of bridge 50,0 m)
  • T10 (part of bridge is welded coal buffer silo with dimensions: l=5,0 m, w=5,0m, h=18,0 m, total lenght of bridge 80,0 m)
  • T11 (total lenght of bridge 96,0 m)

Coal handling towers:

  • V1 (installation of new crane runway beams),
  • V2 (dimensions of tower: l=15,5 m, w=8,5 m, h=16,0 m)
  • V3 (dimensions of tower: l=6,0 m, w=6,0 m, h=22,0 m)

Crushing station (dimensions of building: l=50,0 m, w=35,0 m, h=23,0 till 27,0 m)

Partial reconstruction of existing boiler-bunker building (coal conveying from T6 A,B pipe conveyor to T7 A,B belt conveyor), starting erection level in +35,0 m above surrounding terrain:

  • Steel structure of new technological floor
  • Roofing and cladding of coal conveying T6/T7
  • Installation of new crane runway beams above T7 A,B belt conveyor (total lenght 210,0 m)
  • Steel structure of new technological platform for dedusting technology

Cladding of buildings:

  • Insulated roof cladding (layers: trapezoidal sheet, vapor barrier, thermal insulation, waterproof foil)
  • Uninsulated roof cladding (layers: single-layer trapezoidal sheet)
  • Insulated wall cladding (layers: „C" cassettes, thermal insulation, trapezoidal sheet)
  • Uninsulated wall cladding (layers: single-layer trapezoidal sheet)
  • Flooring (layers: trapezoidal sheet/permanent formwork)

 

Design and workshop drawings of steel structure and cladding. Production and erection of steel structure, delivery and installation of cladding.
