Supporting structure

The supporting structure of the field burner consists of a shaft anchored at three levels in three directions.  A 10.5 m high molecular seal and a 3.5 m high burner are located at the top.  The total height of the structure is 90 m. The shaft is a 1600 mm diameter pipe, except for the lower 8.1 m high section with a diameter of 2800 mm.  The wall thickness is 10 mm throughout the entire height, except for locally reinforced areas (around openings, anchoring levels).  The main part of the molecular seal has a diameter of 3000 mm. At the base, the structure is reinforced by four interconnected legs welded together from tubular profiles.

Guy wires
There are six-strand guy wires at all levels with a 6x36 WS-IWRC inner wire tube. The guy wires of anchorage level III have a diameter of 38 mm and a nominal strength of 1960 MPa. The guy wires of anchorage levels I and II have a diameter of 28 mm and a nominal strength of 1960 MPa.
At the bottom, the guy wires are anchored into vertical P30 plate, which is fixed to the foundation (see [D2]), except for the guy wires of the third anchorage level, which are anchored to the new P40 plate welded to the existing P30 plate. In the upper part, the guy wires are anchored via a D-strap to the vertical plate P60 (anchorage levels I and II) or P80 (anchorage level III).
